The Mega Skyscraper of Self-sustaining Green Energy Generator for Itself and the City

This is a mixed use of Mega structure building for residential, commercial, science, education, and cultural, with new transportation solution in metropolises of large population and with many traffic jams. The lack of developable surface land and long permitting process made it very difficult developing climate by instead opting for sea front line development, rather than looking for green space-a folly in such some densely packed cities which will allow developers and future residents to meet their interests in fast growing population. This project will combine the clean green sources by generating power with the help of new modern technology of Wind, Solar, rain and geothermal energy including sea water for heating and cooling of the Mega skyscraper.
